These are the written fragments of my spiritual journey: finding myself, and losing sight of myself. There is much that I know about myself and there is much that I forget. The only truth that I can hold onto is that life is empty without connection and creativity. I touch the divine through living yoga and living sexuality. (A note on the use of the word living here—I find the word practice to be dull and binding. I do not practice that which guides my spirituality; I live.) We could all practice spirituality. We could all practice a transformative lifestyle. But who dares to live this?
